Return Timeframe

All return requests must be raised within 7 of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Refund Process and Timing

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (or via bank transfer in case of Cash on Delivery orders).

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchange Options

Exchanges are offered only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If an exchange is approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing reifratise59@gmail.com with clear images or videos as proof. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened or used (where applicable)


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by ShinyCare.store.
In other cases, return shipping costs may need to be borne by the customer, and this will be communicated during the return approval process.
